Damaged goods - no refund!
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK - I got a great deal on solar panels, however it was so poorly packaged that one panel arrived damaged. The courier was great in identifying the damage and I signed for partial delivery. The damaged panel was returned to supplier for a refund since no replacement stock was available.
12 working days later, and I still have not received a refund. Leroy Merlin states that the return has still not been received, which is not my problem.
