Damaged goods and No Communication on Return!

I purchased 2 x fire tool holders online - these took an extremely long time to arrive (about 3 weeks), which I was ok with because of the current situation. However, they arrived without packaging and were scratched. I have contacted the company 6 times in 2 weeks (phone and email) to arrange a return but have not had any feedback - very frustrating.
