Customer Service Excellence

I thought it was brilliant that when I asked a consultant for a product that was not available on the store floor, he whipped out his phone and checked for stock, both in storage and when's the next delivery coming in so I knew when to come back.. It was such a time saver and super efficient. I really appreciated that!
