********** customer Service!!!!
I refer to my first complaint on 03 Dec 2024. Since then, I still have not received the products ordered: Hamiltons DIY Value Trayset 225mm 4.***22 R 119.00 R 476.00 Communicated with Khetiwe Bila but to date nothing has been done to ensure delivery. Apparently, the product was sent to somewhere in Capet Town instead of JHB. I have not received such bad customer service EVER! Either send my products or please give me a refund!!!!
