I initially made a purchase from your Boksburg branch, but was given the run around when it was time to deliver the items. I then went to LM Greenstone and was assisted by Elvis who pulled the bulk of the order and pmt across to his branch. Elvis made numerous calls to his suppliers and kept me in the loop regarding stock availability and eta of goods. Goods arrived as promised and any challenges we encountered, were dealt with timeously and very professionally. Elvis even assisted me whilst he was on leave. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to him and was definitely shown throughout the process. What started off as a bad experience for a first time customer, was quickly turned around by Elvis and LM Greenstone, and it's because of this experience that you have now gained a loyal customer.
