Placed an order on the 3rd of October, and tracking indicated delivery on the 6th, actual delivery took place on the 8th, but had the wrong material. I logged a complaint, got promised the correct material by end of day on the 10th. I asked that I be refunded. It's the 14th now and no feedback whatsoever. Leroy Merlin is happy to take your money, but not willing to deliver service. They are not worth my money. This seems to be a trend with them and they just lost me as a customer. I will not even visit any of their retail stores, it's not worth it. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
