Credit not refunded

I should have read the complaints here before making the online purchase. My complaint seems to be a common problem with Leroy Merlin. Their customer service for online shopping is horrific. Many emails, call centre call (with promises to provide feedbck) and I am no closer to receiving feedback on my credit for a product which they never had stock of but were happy to sell me online. The remaining order also arrived in 3 different shipments. Of which when I wanted to return the one product, it was for my account.

I will never shop online again with Leroy Merlin and would strongly advise my family, friends and ***orkers against supporting Leroy Merlin based on my poor experience.
