Countless Excuses

Ordered an item online and paid for delivery on the 31st of March 2026. It was scheduled to be delivered on the 3rd of April 2026. I called in on the 3rd and was told they don't deliver on public holidays but it will delivered on the 07th of April. I called in on the 07th, they said their Warehouse system is offline. However, it will delivered on the 08th. I called in on the 08th, they said they courier does not know where they put the order. I will receive it on Friday. Called on Friday and they said the courier had not received my order and they have no idea when I'll get it. Pathetic service. Never again Leroy!!!
