Continuous *********** service.

Messing up orders seems to be a trend with these people. This is the second time they managed to royally mess up my orders. On a previous order they lost one of my items and now they managed to prove that there's absolutely no quality control on their order packing process. Firstly the order was expected to be delivered on the 6th of October 2022 as stated on my order tracking. The order finally arrived on the 8th with the wrong material. I ordered angle iron and they sent me square tubing. Who is checking these orders and can this person read? Also, if you have someone checking these orders and he/she doesn't know the difference between angle iron and square tubing, they most certainly **** on their CV.
