Clueless & Oblivious
Cancelled my order after 10 days whilst there are still 8 items in stock & no delivery occurring. Phoned many times before and after - they remain oblivious to my wasted time & phone cost on me holding on after explaining. Clueless & no response after promising to revert. These people should not be doing online sales.

17 Oct 2022, 17:13Well LeroyMerlin have x8 of the Tarpaulin I need in Little Falls, x8 in Boksburg, x1 in GreenStone and x0 in Fourways. So if we order online and LM has 0 stock in Fourways, LM staff will stuff around the customer for more than a week, then after even the delivery date has passed, just fob off the customer with a 'No Stock' after the customer had to follow up with LM staff multiple times ? So Leroy Merlin staff are unable to arrange collection by the courier from Boksburg or Little Falls stores & persist with the 'no stock' bull**** ?

17 Oct 2022, 19:16I am in receipt of a refund notice with 'LF - NO STOCK' probably meaning Little Falls has no stock, whilst I ordered online (centrally) and NOT by branch AND with Little Falls indicating x8 items in stock ! Even in the unlikely event that Little Falls has no stock surely Boksburg has stock (x8 as well) ? Confirmation again that Leroy Merlin is clueless, not so ?
