Call centre system does not work.
Call centre does not work. If you want to find something from a particular branch where you bought stuff, it is an impossible task. Took 4 different calls of approx 30 min holding time. Eventually the goods that i looked for was discontinued and sold out during the 4 days i tried to get hold of someone trying to reserve the item for someone to collect as i stay in natal where there is no branch.
