C@#P service on delivering goods

I ordered goods online from LeRoy Merlin and when ordered and paid for on wednesday 29th November 2023 (confirmation date from LeRoy's) and it stated that the order would arrive at my house on the Saturday the 2nd December. Well, it's now the 6th December and still nothing. I think the service is absolutely shocking and will not order from them again. Unfortunately it does put me in an awkward position as these days most of the larger shops one can ONLY order online which makes it so difficult for elderly people that find online shopping difficult and that's why I hope they lose out on business! Unfortunately one has to click on a star to rate them to carry on but personally I would give them a ZERO rating!
