***** by Leroy Merlin - Bill for expensive orders and dont deliver

I have been ****** by their team from Little falls. I bought 4 x boards and paid for delivery but they did not deliver as promised. They sent the smaller boards 900x 3000, but invoiced for the more expensive one and now want me to come collect (should be the 1200x3000, I cannot be sure at this stage) when I paid in full for correct delivery. Customers should be aware of this company as there is no clear form of communication there and no accountability. I have requested for them to correct, but they have been giving me the run around. They should have the full correspondence from me on email and recorded calls
