BUYER BEWARE - PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing online from Leroy Merlin. I would never have bought from them. It's a complete joke. They mislead as to stock availability, different stock items have the same stock number so you end up with the wrong item, they misrepresent delivery times, refunds are problematic and you don't have a chance of speaking to a manager to try sort it out. BUT they are super quick to take your money and hold onto it. The call center keeps you at arms length, and if you follow up the next day as you hadn't heard back from them as promised, that person is off duty. It's bad service, even by African standards.
