Buyer Beware! Do not use their website!
Bought goods on their website on 4 September 2023. Received an email from them the next day stating that the goods have been shipped and will arrive before 8 September. The goods have not arrived. Contacted customer service (pathetic) who informed me that the product is a "market place" product and they have no control over when the goods will be shipped (if ever). Have been promised a call back but doubt that will happen as the agent also stated that they are unable to track orders fulfilled by third parties.

11 Sept 2023, 09:48The product was eventually delivered but the order was incomplete. The description clearly states that this is a pack of four but they only delivered one. I updated my complaint with them and they have indicated that this will be escalated to the "market place" team. Abandon hope all ye who enter here.
