Black Friday Hoax Special

I bought novara outdoor furniture at Strubensvalley on Black Friday that seemed to be a great special. On assembling it there were 10 missing parts needed to ***** the big pieces together. I went to the shop on Thursday and was promised, after being kept waiting for a long time, they would let me know if the parts are available or if they need to source them from elsewhere. No one has come back to me, no one has picked up the phone since. I am fed up because even the inner back parts that clicks on keeps coming off. I do not want their defective furniture.
