Beyond Shocking Service

Your service deserves ZERO stars! I started the refund and return process on 15 October 2024 and have experienced the most shocking service. I have sent numerous emails with little to no response to many of them. I would like my money back. You collected the order in November, but no one has contacted me regarding a refund. I am extremely frustrated.
