BEWARE spending any money with Leroy Merlin

Would love to give a -10. I bought a trampoline through them, R12 000 for a very specific rectangular trampoline. Paid money over on the 26th February 2025. A courier arrived on the 7th March to deliver, however they had a round trampoline to the value of approx R5000 in their van. I phoned Leroy Merlin, they advised me to reject the delivery and assured me that they would sort out the issue on their side. ABSOLUTELY nobody contacted me regarding this. Email after email, phone call after phone call, miscommunication after miscommunication, still they assured me that they will resolve this. Lo and behold, doesn't the same delivery driver arrive with the same trampoline to try and deliver the same incorrect item. There I go, phoning Leroy Merlin again. Now I am informed that they cannot refund me because they are waiting on THEIR supplier to confirm that the product has been returned. Does this qualify as theft? Almost a month later....and they do not seem to be the slightest bit interested in resolving this speedily; I must sit and wait, because spending R12 000 on a trampoline (which was a gift from my son), is just an every day thing.
