BEWARE BEFORE PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

BEWARE BEFORE PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. On 1/7/21 I phoned & confirmed the stock availability of the construction item I wanted before placing the order, Their call center confirmed they has 92 units in stock in their Boksburg branch. So I placed an online order & made payment.

2 days later they called me to say they had no stock!! I told them that I had confirmed stock levels & asked for it to be investigated.

Days later they informed me that the item was in stock and was currently being sent.

5 days later I phoned to ask why nothing had been sent yet ... another 2 days delay later, they told they could not send my order because the metal washers that go with these items were missing!!

I then instructed them to send them without the metal washers, I would purchase the washers myself ... they agreed to this.

The package was finally delivered on 22nd of July BUT IT HAD OTHER PARTS MISSING!!! I phoned & asked if it was possible to speak directly to someone in the Boksburg branch, perhaps we could collect the missing part directly from them ... but they said no, so I asked for the order to be cancelled & to refund me.

They said they would first have to arrange for the the order to be collected from us, I said it would be quicker for us to take it directly to the Boksburg branch, But they said we would have to return it to Roodeport Branch.

IT IS NOW 7 DAYS LATER & STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET ... SO FAR I HAVE SPENT A TOTAL OF 197 MINUTES ON MY CELLPHONE TRYING TO SORT THIS OUT ... MOST OF WHICH WAS SPENT BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 15-20 MINS ONLY TO TOLD WE CALL YOU BACK ... THE ONLY THING I WANT BACK FROM THIS COMPANY IS THE R2081.00 I PAID THEM.
