Best customer services experience ever !
I would like to thank your staff Rhulani Siwela from your Boksburg branch in the carpentry department. He received my request via your call centre about a special order I wanted for a aluminium window that is custom sized. He assisted me all through the process with quotes and follow up via WhatsApp , even checking on progress after hours . It was a truly excellent customer experience and I wish he is recognised for his service excellence
