I would like to take this opportunity, to appreciate Basetsana head of department at Leroy Merlin in Little Falls. On the 04 March At 16:30 , i was miserable snd devastated for over a month, without getting help from the online customer assistant team, i then decided to go to the closest store...without help again from the ground staff - Basetsana afforded me an amazing experience, thoughtful, helpful, best customer service, very kind and patient HOD I have ever seen. She was able to resolve my 1 month old query within 3min. I was amazed we still have such thoughtful and customer orientated employees. Basetsana you deserve this review and recognition. Keep shining and loving what you do. Well done ...I will always look for you when I visit your store...you are an outstanding Employee. Well done
