Best Customer Service from Takiso M
I would to thank Takiso M for giving me the best customer service ever.
I bought a 3 panel heater in April online and the heater started having issues yesterday so I called the Call Centre and I was advised I can have it changed at any Leroy store and my partner went to Leroy in East Rand Mall and the Manager there refused to exchange my heater because it got delivered in Greenstone.
I then called again and spoke to Takiso M who made sure my heater got exchanged, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have a heater in this cold weather.
Thank you for having an outstanding Customer Service agent like Takiso M, she's awesome
