Bad taste in my mouth

ordered solar panel online, receive confirmation via mail that the item shipped. 2 days later the package has not even been collected. They cannot give me straight answers on when I can expect delivery. Their website tracking system is broken and they use "The Courier Guy" they are even more useless. Honestly please don't use these people. They can learn allot from Takealot.
