bad services

I made an online order and delivery last weeknd so they gave me a date of delivery for this thursday ...i order ceiling boards and wood they dropped the wood but never the ceiling im still awaiting it...been phoning for days and the only answer they give me is to call me back or they have sent an email never more they do not even know where my stuff is exactly im very dissapointed in the poor services from leroy merlin im currently still awaiting the rest of my order...never ordering from them again ....EVER!!
