BAD SERVICE- Little falls

I actually was going to write a compliment as i was so happy with initial service received from Kia from the little falls leroy merlin. Then turned out to be a nightmare. We purchased a storage unit and required a door. He took us to next department to get a quote which took over half an hour or more to get a simple quote for a door. Then they had fire drill and we had to leave. we were called back to make payment before door holes cut. Then we get there and another hour before quote redone . Kia was on lunch and other staff were not interested in helping us, we were thinking of purchasing a garden set. We requested all be delivered after payment as we running out of time and needed to pick up kids from school. We were told that delivery not needed and that items will fit in car. we advised sales consultants the items will not fit and we do not have time. We were in shop for over 3 hours only to find out that items did not fit in car, which we already advised sales consultant. we then had to pay for delivery and were promised delivery on the same day. GUESS What at 5:30 we get a call to be told cannot deliver and delivery can only happy the next day. The service was absolutely disgusting. apart from Kia who was only reason we actually took the product , i will never shop there again. In fact was told the same garden set we bought was sold cheaper when shop first opened. SO unhappy . wasted a whole day to buy a storage cupboard. I will never shop there again or recommend this shop to anyone
