BAD SERVICE

I phoned the store to confirm if they stock the DEFY DSS514 4 plate electric stove. Bondi returned my call and confirm that they do have 4 in stock. I explained that I will collect 2 after 5 pm and Bondi said I need to see Tumi, due to the fact that he will only be in until 4 pm. On my arrival I was informed that they do not stock any DEFY DSS 514 stoves only hobs... Very upset for driving all the way from Carletonville for this inconvenient store! The manager on duty suggested that maybe next time I have to sent a picture of the product I need so they will understand what I need... BAD if you have to sent pictures because your staff don't understand english? I will not suggest this store for shopping... except if you buying with pictures.
