BAD SERVICE, customer care non-existent!

Non-existent customer service! Never place an order with this ******** online. The items are only delivered weeks after they promise and that's only after multiple calls/messages to their pathetic "customer care". Why must I run after a store to get my items delivered after being payed for. This has not just happened once, I have tried their online ordering multiple times and every time it's been a nightmare! Don't they check their reviews on HelloPeter?! There are so many complaints on here about their service - perhaps GROUP ADEO should be notified of how badly their South African outlets are operating and causing damage to their global "Leroy Merlin" brand!
