Bad service, cannot track my delivery

I had a very bad customer experience with Leroy Merlin little falls, I went there to purchase some plumbing meterial which was supposed to be delivered on Monday morning, the 16th of March 2020 the order has not been delivered and the delivery guy by the name John is not answering his phone, the consultants in the call centre have no idea what's happening no one is able to tell me where's my order I'm very very angry and disappointed my order number is 207973 and my contract is ***, can somebody tell me what's going on please.
