Bad service

I have order online a product Ego lawnmover and paid the money this after i called the store and comfirm that the roduct is in stock. Call the manger promis me they will call me and fix this problem. After 5 days i cann the online no they promis me that a manger will call me back and fix this still no go. They cancel my order no call and manger calling me just cancel my order. I also going to consumer board about this.
