BAD SERVICE BY LEROY MERLIN SOUTH AFRICA
I BOUGHT A VENTURI VACUUM CLEANER FROM THEM ONLINE ORDER NO. 282109 DATED 22/11/2023. IT CAME WITHOUT THE STEERING HANDLE WITHOUT WHICH IT CANNOT BE USED. THEY FAIL TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD.
