Bad Service by Leroy Merlen

I received a call day on the 20th January 2022 from Leroy Merlin after they commented on my comment of the 18th January 2022 where they committed to call me this week of the 24th to 28th January 2022 relating to arrangements on delivery as the supplier promised to deliver the fire door during the said week and to date I am still waiting.

I get disturbed by the fact that we have to write to Hellopeter before we can be provided with the good service. They are not complying to the time frame set by themselves which is the sign of unprofessionalism. May they deliver the door next week please.
