Bad service and customer service
On the 05th December 2023 I ordered these items :Item name: Salton Foot SPA SFS207 Item status: New Item price (excl. VAT): R345.22 shop account comment: /(?<=.{2000}) Quantity: 2 My order no: ***
Upon delivery only one item was delivered, I had sent several emails to them to request clarity as I had paid for two items, but they are not responding. The courier services have confirmed that they received only one item from them.
please assist.
