Bad returns policy and after-sales service

I have called the call centre numerous times in order to return a purchase made. Every time I am promised that their courier partner will be in-touch for collection. I even wrote a review on their website, it was deleted in what they call a “review moderation”.

I am disappointed in the manner in which I was treat by this company. All I want is for them to come collect their item as it is taking up space in my garage and it is too large for me to load in my car to return it to their branch.

It is clear I will not be getting my cash from them, so all I want is for them to come collect the item as it was delivered to my address and bought online.
