Bad experience

I visited Leroy Merlin Little Falls today and was not impressed. Nobody seems very interested in helping you and when you do ask for help, it seems like you are an inconvenience (except for the gentleman in the timbre section who referred me to the garden section). My son of 3 years managed to get his finger stuck in the trolley wheel, and we ended up leaving everything and leaving the shop. Luckily, I found some hand sanitiser to spray on his bleeding finger. I did not feel welcome or even wanted as a customer. Is it policy to ignore someone who is quite obviously in need of assistance, until they approach you as employee? I am extremely disappointed. My husband has been going on and on about how awesome this store is. It is not what I experienced.

Hello Michelle, we are very sorry for the negative experience. Is it that you were waiting to be approached or did you ask for help and you did not receive it? If you're able to provide more information, it will really help us in providing feedback to the team on where they need to improve? #va
