Bad delivery service

Leroy merlin's Little Falls delivery service is the worst... My online order was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of Dec, and I'm still waiting... I'm even tired of calling and sending them emails enquiry about the delivery..

The whole experience has been a nightmare, I've had to cancel my appointments, sit at home and wait for nothing... At this point, I don't want my order anymore. I just want a refund.
