Bad customer service

I purchased 2x Delinia kitchen taps (chrome) during the Leroy Merlin black Friday sale online back in November. A few days later, I was notified via email that the product is out of stock and they will refund me. I refused as the product was still available online with plenty stock visible.

Someone then emailed me stating that the product is now discontinued and there is no stock anywhere in SA (although this was still online - in many colours, although listed at the normal price). Obviously they were reluctant to honour the taps at the sale price.

Eventually someone called me and told me they'd give me the taps but in brushed nickel instead of chrome which I agreed to. Since then I've seen these taps (which I was told were discontinued) in EVERY single newsletter from Leroy Merlin.

I've sent a few mails requesting they send me the chrome version which I originally ordered and to date, no one has responded to me. Really bad service, false advertising and false information given to consumers. If you do not intend on fulfilling orders at a specific price, then do not advertise at that price.
