Bad customer service
I bought a toilet set in March 2020 at Leroy Merlin Boksburg and the seat broke in December 2021. I went to ask what's the guarantee/warranty on it as it didn't last even 2 years. I was told they can't replace the seat alone. The guarantee is on the whole toilet. I still didn't get an answer of how long is the guarantee for... And they said I should buy a new one. Told them I'll never buy anything from them ever again...
