Bad customer service

on the 30/06/2026 I bought building materials from Leroy Merlin and everything went well. They delivered the next week and everything was fine. Order no 320770 from the Boksburg store

I then placed an order similar items like 42.5 20 bags of cement and builder mix yard. What I recieved was 32.5 cement and local building sand yard. Now when my wife phoned they said it was my fault. The invoice I have clearly states 42.5 yet 32.5 was delivered. Extremely bad customer service as nobody phoned my wife back yet. Concerning the sand , I did not order that as I put in the search fields builder mix yard and selected what was given. Also my young daughter was the only one at home and I told her to sign to recieve the goods as I expected everything to be in order like the last time. I need this to be urgently sorted out. Order no 324378. They also charged me three times as much and explained it was because it was an online order although it was delivered from the Boksburg branch ...... This is a ****
