Bad Customer Feedback

The service received from this company is pathetic, my order delivery date was 10th of March and nothing has been delivered till today, everytime I call the contact centre they tell me that they cannot get ahold of the store warehouse department! Looking at the negative feedback that this company is getting to date makes it seem like they do not care about their customers, I have ordered from Builders Warehouse before and they have exceptional delivery standards, unfortunately the product I purchased was not available on builders website but I will definately not be using the Leroy Merlin Online site, orders are not fulfilled in the time frame allocated, very poor online service
