Bad customer experience

I bought 12000 bricks direct load bricks were delivered and there was about 3500 damaged bricks due to some bricks were falling during delivery.i raised the issue i was sent pillar to post i was informed i should have reported the matter within 16 hours. How on earth within 16 hours you'll be able to asses 12000 bricks . I bought floor tiles online at Leroymerlin little falls. Two days later my order was canceled I call their CUSTOMER service they said they don't know who canceled my order. I had to go collect from greenstone. I further bought 8 heavy duty door frames 1 door frame was broken. Manager said that's not their issue when I raised it. I bought cieling boards and cornices from little falls when I went to load I was made to wait 2 hours just to be told theres no stock I was sent to four ways branch upon arrival I was told theres no stock but I was referred there. I refused refund and I went to buy at builders . Then I received a call saying I should come collect at little falls I told them I've bought somewhere else I asked about my money I said they should keep it since they refused with it at four ways branch.

The treatment I got from Leroymerlin even their call center they hang up some of them when you're still explaining I'll never recommend this store to anyone to buy here if you're building!!!! I ddnt buy from supplier I payed Leroymerlin but they mention supplier.
