Bad courier service

I purchased a water pressure vessel from Leroy Merlin, the product's delivery date was given as 3 days later. I was happy with the delivery date given, on due date I stayed ar home expecting the delivery as communicated, I am still waiting for the delivery, I made contact with their customer care who informed me that the courier they use are the culprits in this issue. What I suspect is Leroy Merlin is using the cheapest courier who could not care about their business, I am now stuck with almost no water due to their negligence.
