Bad communication
I purchased a lounge suite online.The supplier phoned me and told me it will be delivered on Monday.We canceled our plans as it was a public holiday .No one showed up 😡😡😡😡😡.Don't even deliver it I want a full refund

29 Apr 2025, 09:33I would have understood if they told me that it could not be delivered on a public holiday,But the supplier was committed for delivery on Monday.And I have proof that they said it will be delivered on Monday ,They even phoned me to tell me they are going to be there 16h00,and the best is they WhatsApp me 20h00 and tell me they can't get hold of the driver .So please refund me I will buy something else from another store
