Avoid this company - no delivery or communication after 2 months

Placed an order on 26 Aug 2024, still waiting for delivery. Zero communication from them, order shows "Processing" on my profile. They don't respond to messages left on the contact form of their website. I phoned their call center on 11 Oct and after asking me a 100 questions, they wanted to know which store I placed an order with, it is an online site seriously? So the lady kept me on hold and phoned the actual store who is supposed to ship the item, and the message came back that they have just received stock yesterday (yeah sure) and that my order will be dispatched first thing the next morning. 10 days later and zero communication or delivery. Who runs an online store like this?
