Avoid ordering from Leroy Merlin at all cost! Terrible and lazy service.
I purchased merchandise over 3 weeks ago and I have still not received it nor any update as to when I will receive it. Their tracking system is useless and their courier services even more so! This is the worst online services I have even experienced. I don't know why they continue to use Nucleus as their delivery provider and I don't really care at this point as it is Leroy Merlin's responsibility to ensure that I receive what I paid for. Their customer services is unresponsive and lazy. Avoid ordering from them!

19 Nov 2024, 12:33Update: turns out they don't even have stock of the item I ordered. I had to make numerous calls and send mails and messages to be told that the reason I don't have my item is because they never had stock of it. Why would they let me pay for a product they don't have. This business is a total ****!! Do not order from them. If the item you are looking for is not in their store then just go else where.
