Avoid online store!
I placed an order for tiles on their online store. After 20 days the order had not even been handed over to the courier yet. I contacted them via online form and they just responded that they will follow up. I never heard from them again. I decided to cancel the order (as the website said it is still eligible for cancellation), but I am still waiting for them to process the refund. Very frustrating. Please avoid their online store at all costs.
