Avoid Online Orders! Zero Delivery, Zero Communication.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I have received.

My order, placed on April 21, 2025, with a scheduled delivery of April 28, 2025, has not been fulfilled. Despite multiple attempts to contact your company on May 6, 8, and 9, 2025, I have only received unfulfilled promises of a follow-up. This includes a direct conversation with a manager on May 8, 2025, who also failed to provide the promised update or resolution.

The repeated assurances and subsequent lack of action regarding my online order are unacceptable and, frankly, border on what I would consider *****ulent or a ****. While in-house service may be adequate, the online ordering system has proven unreliable and has led to a severely disappointing experience.
