Avoid Leroy Merlin, you've been warned

Whatever you do, avoid online shopping at Leroy Merlin, they DO NOT refund and they DO NOT honour warranties. They ignore calls and emails related to refunds. I wish I had seen the HellopPeter reviews before purchasing online from them, they delivered a faulty product and are completely unresponsive to any queries for logging a return/refund.
