Both the instore service as well as after sales service is appalling. W spoke to a manager called Manuel, service consultant called Nonhlandla on at least 10 occasions after broken tiles and an incorrect shower door was delivered and returned. This started on 18 Oct 2024 and today 29 Nov we still are waiting for the refund. Speaking to these people seems fruitless and multiple promises to follow up did not materialize. Then I tried the call center who multiple times asked me to hold on and the I got cut off after holding on for more than 5 minutes. My advise to anyone who do not want to be disappointed is to shop somewhere else.
