Appalling service

Leroy Merlin looks like a beautiful store but the service is appalling. There is a lack of coordination between departments which leads so much frustration on the customer's end. I am exhausted trying to manage my order, what was supposed to be a simple delivery has taken two weeks. To top it all off, the delivery is still WRONG! I have tried calling and people promise to get back to me, but nobody does. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT SHOP AT LEROY MERLIN!!
