I received a mail asking me to rate a product, in this case it was the toilet seat that had no parts to fit it to the bowl. I did not bother to go back as Builders is closer and got another seat from Builders. My review was as follow " Missing parts - Only had the seat, no connection parts. Chucked it onto bin, went to get another one at Builders." I then got this reply from Leroy Merlin "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"
